Every Gryphon is made to order, no two knives are alike, every part cut by hand from the titanium liners, scales, blade, every hole drilled and tapped in house, then every part is ground by hand on a 2x72 grinder. Most blades are ground freehand on a 4in wheel for a nice steep hollow grind. A manual milling machine is used to cut bearing pockets and stop pin location. All folders come with ceramic bearings in the pivot and detent. No automation or shortcuts. The Gryphon has been my flagship folder design: clean, EDC friendly with a hand fit finish that defines the Larevo brand.
